Terms and service limitations

These terms explain what ProcessPortal provides and the limits of the service.

Service overview

ProcessPortal provides website building, customer links, client trackers, customer enquiry systems, quote request flows, booking request support, review collection support, lead trackers, follow-up templates and related small-business admin tools.

Results and responsibility

ProcessPortal is designed to improve presentation, clarity and process. Business outcomes depend on many factors, including market demand, pricing, reputation, response time and the customer’s own service.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking all business details, pricing, service descriptions, legal wording, policies, contact information and final content before launch or use.

Quote and pricing tools

Quote request and customer link tools collect information and may help prepare a quote-ready summary or draft reply. They do not provide final pricing unless the business supplies fixed pricing rules, and the business remains responsible for all prices given to customers.

Booking and no-show wording

Booking reminders, cancellation wording and deposit wording are practical templates. The customer is responsible for making sure any cancellation, refund or deposit policy is fair, lawful and suitable for their business.

Edits and changes

Packages include one round of reasonable edits unless agreed otherwise. Reasonable edits may include grouped wording corrections, small layout changes and detail fixes. New pages, major design changes, extra tools, additional trackers, complex integrations or a changed project scope may cost extra.

Payments

Prices shown are launch prices and may change. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days once the required business details, content, links and payment terms have been confirmed. Any payment terms, deposits, staged payments or refund terms should be confirmed before work begins.

Third-party platforms

Some setups may rely on third-party services such as hosting, forms, email, payment links, Google, Facebook or file storage. ProcessPortal is not responsible for outages, policy changes or limitations of third-party platforms.

Client content and access

The customer must provide accurate business information, logos, images, service details and any access or links needed for the project. Delays in supplying information may delay delivery.

Care plan

The Monthly Updates & Aftercare plan is optional and intended for small website updates, text and price changes, new review updates, form or tracker adjustments, minor wording changes, social post wording and message/template support. Larger redesigns, new pages, adverts, complex integrations or paid third-party software may require a separate quote.
